- The maximum capacity of the house in all reservations is 6 people (full rental of the entire Medieval Tower of Queralt).
- Prices include VAT, plus the tourist tax per person per night.

- Payment: To make the reservation effective, an advance payment of 50% of the total must be made.

- It is mandatory to register travelers online, which is sent by email when formalizing the reservation.

- Deposit: A deposit of €300 is charged, which will be returned to users 2 days after departure.

- In case of cancellation: If the traveler cancels their stay before 30 days before arrival, the payment they have already made in advance (50% of the total) will be returned.
